Sneak Peek From Upcoming Simply Scored Class

I've just finished adding the photos to my class handout for the upcoming Simply Scored Boxes & Bags class for January, and I've had so much fun making the class samples!  Here's a little sneak peek for you all.

Oh my goodness, I absolutely love the new Twitterpated DSP (125406, on page 13).  I really miss Springtime Vintage from last year, so was glad to see some old-fashioned flowery paper designs in the new Occasions Mini that just started TODAY.  You will LOVE this Mini, especially if you're like me and adore Victorian, vintage designs - BUT that's not to say there isn't something for everyone in the new Mini, so even if frilly isn't your thing, you'll still find lots of other items to love.

The new Paper Doily die (Large Sizzlit die, 125592, on page 7)) is SO pretty.  I can see me using this one for cards, scrapbooking, and more.

I also used a couple of stamps from Tea Shoppe (W 125545 or C 125547, on page 19) for the label and added a few rhinestones for bling.

The ribbon is the Cherry Cobbler seam binding (120992, page 195 IB&C).  I really love the seam binding and find myself reaching for it over and over because I really stink at tying bows - but this ALWAYS looks nice in spite of my lack of bow tying skill :)  Riding Hood Red is actually the red color featured in the DSP, but Cherry Cobbler is close enough to look great, too.  Isn't it easy to match colors with Stampin' Up!?

Well, I hope you'll consider signing up for my upcoming classes!  We're sure to have lots of fun this month.

Happy stampin'!
