, , , and His name shall be called Wonderful Counsellor . ..

Hi Stampers!

What fun to come home from a short day at work yesterday to a delivery from "Mr. Brown" (UPS) on my stampin' table with a stamp I've just been drooling over on other demos' blogs - one of our single stamp selections, Prince of Peace.

My way way way upline, Connie Heisey, had a Color Challenge on our group Facebook page, PROVERBial Stampers too - to use Crushed Curry, Chocolate Chip, and Pool Party - so I got busy and came up with this card:

Prince of Peace is in Stampin' Up's Christmas single stamp selection, but with this color scheme, I think this would make a lovely sympathy or encouragement card sentiment as well.  This would be nice with another sentiment stamped inside or just a note to a special person.  Of course there are Framelits to go with this stamp, our Deco Labels set!  LOVE IT.  I'll be using this stamp a lot.  There's something about it that just soothes me and speaks to my heart.
What do you think?
Here are details on some of the supplies used for this card.  If you see something you like, stop by my online store and do a little shopping!
Prince of Peace single stamp:  134811, $6.95
Deco Labels Framelits:  130102, $24.95
Crushed Curry & Chocolate Chip cardstock, Chocolate Chip & Pool Party scraps from the DSP stacks, Candy Dots in Crushed Curry (Regals)
Happy stampin'!
